Sleep Problems/Insomnia

 

The Inability to Get a Good Night's Sleep is Debilitating!

Anyone who has had trouble sleeping knows how debilitating sleep deprivation is.  The lack of energy, memory problems, inability to concentrate, weakened immune system, mood issues and general poor overall quality of life are a way of experiencing life that no one should have to go through.

My Approach to Sleep Problems/Insomnia

Sleep problems/insomnia are usually caused by physical and/or emotional stress, anxiety, depression, or unresolved emotional issue(s) that prevent us from relaxing fully enough to sleep.  To help people with sleep disorders I use hypnotherapy to help them identify and eliminate any emotional baggage that is preventing them from sleeping.  I also often teach them how to utilize self-hypnosis to help them drift off to sleep easily and gently.  Most often after just three to seven sessions they find they sleep easily and soundly.
